Paul Morgan and Erminda Javier had no reservations when it came to buying their first home together. They were purchasing from The Daniels Corporation, after all – a developer they had grown to trust after renting at their Heartland Village community for three years.
The Home Investment Program also made it easier for them to save the money they needed to purchase a new home at Daniels’ Classical Reflections community. “I like the Daniels,” Paul says. “The quality is good, the location’s good, and I just really like the designs.”
Both Heartland Village and Classical Reflections are central for the couple – Paul works as a psychotherapist, and Erminda as a nurse. The couple is excited to take occupancy of their new home in April 2005, and is confident that it will meet all of their expectations. “It looks like it will be a beautiful community with a lot of young people,” Paul says. “Since we’re both very young at heart, I think we’ll fit in well. It will be a great place to live.”
